In the Finals of the Hong Kong Outstanding IT School Award (HKOITSA) 2012, each finalist team is required to construct a booth in the Exhibition according to the proposal written in the preceding round. To support the booth construction, a mentorship programme will be held before the exhibition. The details are as follows:

Date: 15th July, 2012 (Sunday)
Time: 1:00 p.m.- 1:45 p.m. (registration starts at 12:45 a.m.) OR
2:00 p.m.- 2:45 p.m. (registration starts at 1:45 a.m.)

A mentor from the Hong Kong Computer Society will be advising the finalist teams in the Mentorship Programme. The mentor has inspected the proposal in advance and will address your enquiries related to the booth construction. Please read carefully the Reminders of the Mentorship Programme sent to your inbox beforehand.

Dress Code: Full School Uniform

Teachers in charge are cordially invited to attend the meeting.

Besides, a briefing session on the 23rd Hong Kong Joint School Electronics and Computer Exhibition, in which the Finals of the HKOITSA 2012 will take place, will be held on 22nd July, 2012. You will be informed of the details during the mentorship programme.
