Application forms submitted by applicants are used for the election/recruitment, as well as administrative and contact purposes by the Society. The submitted information can be accessible to the applicant himself, the Executive Committee, the Election Committee and technical support personnel. Personal information submitted will not be disclosed by the Society to third parties unless authorised. Applicants who wish to make corrections to any information they have provided to the Society can write to us at P.O. Box 73945, Kowloon Central Post Office, Hong Kong and specify the application code. The application forms and personal information submitted by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed one year after the recruitment is completed. Nevertheless, statistical data such as gender, age and school attended will be kept for evaluation purposes.
