We are pleased to announce the arrangement of the Semi-finals. In the Semi-finals, qualifying teams are required to present their proposal, which is done in the Heat round, to the adjudicators. The best few teams will be qualified for the final round. The details of the Semi-finals are as follows:

Date: 19th May, 2012 (Saturday)
Venue: Cyberport
Dress code: School uniform

Participants are reminded to observe their punctuality. Late teams will risk disqualification. For further information, participants should check their email.

Participants are reminded to submit their proposals to info@jsecs.org before 20th March 2012 23:59:59 in PDF format. Other materials should be mailed to P.O. Box 73945, Kowloon Central Post Office, Hong Kong.

All confirmation letters to participating schools have been sent. Please remember to attend the briefing day on 18th February 2012 as stated in your entry handout.

Today is the deadline for the application of the HKOITSA 2012. Now is your last chance. Join NOW! Please be reminded some teams have sent in incomplete versions of your application form. Affected schools have been notified via email and have an extra week to fix up their data and send in a new version.

To prevent the possibility of rejection of mailed letters by the Hong Kong Post Office, applicants who wish to submit their applications via post should include "Hong Kong Joint School Electronics and Computer Society" before the address. Mailed applicants may contact us at info@jsecs.org to confirm if we have received your application. Please refer to "General Information" for more details.
